2023 International Master Program in Acupuncture Graduation Ceremony
中國醫藥大學中醫學院中西醫結合研究所、針灸研究所、國際針灸碩士學位學程2023年聯合畢業典禮於6月3日（星期六）下午假本校立夫教學大樓103講堂隆重舉行。
典禮以「燃燒回憶，綻放榮耀」為主軸，記載著2023年畢業生完成了精彩的碩博士班生活，歷經學業、事業、家庭、與學校的榮譽，並追求團隊共創的學術精神。典禮由王陸海副校長致詞，給予畢業生勉勵，祝福每位學生鴻圖大展、前程似錦。
在中醫學院顏宏融院長(兼國際針灸碩士學位學程主任)、國際針灸碩士學位學程馬培德副主任、中西醫結合研究所張恒鴻所長、針灸研究所李育臣所長偕同系所教授老師們，衷心祝賀畢業學生鵬程萬里，迎接嶄新卓越的人生旅程。歷經了3年的Covid-19疫情，今年終於有機會可以實體舉行畢業典禮，學生們也都非常期待與開心，也有許多家長親友參加，每個人都露出喜悅的笑容，與自己的孩子共享榮耀。
本次畢業典禮圓滿成功，恭喜所有畢業生展翅高飛，成為與時俱進的跨領域人才，在未來的人生歲月中持續成長，並祝福所有與會貴賓、師長、家人們平安健康，順心如意。

Dean Yen’s congratulatory message to the graduates is as follows:
Distinguished guests, esteemed faculty members, fellow graduates, and honorable members of the Class of 2023,
Today marks a momentous occasion as we gather here to celebrate the remarkable achievements of the graduating class from the College of Chinese Medicine at China Medical University. It is with tremendous pride and joy that I stand before you as the Dean, representing our esteemed institution, and address to our graduates of the Graduate Institute of Integrated Medicine, Graduate Institute of Acupuncture Science, and International Master Program in Acupuncture.
First and foremost, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to each and every one of you who have persevered through countless hours of study, research, and clinical practice to reach this significant milestone in your academic journey. Your commitment, dedication, and passion for the field of integrative medicine and acupuncture have brought you to this defining moment. Today, we stand united, a diverse cohort of talented individuals from different backgrounds, cultures, and nations, ready to embark on the next phase of our professional lives.
As you step forward into the world as accomplished master's and doctoral degree holders, remember that you possess the power to make a lasting impact on the lives of others. Integrative medicine and acupuncture embody the essence of holistic healing, recognizing the connections of mind, body, and spirit. This ancient wisdom, coupled with your contemporary knowledge and skills, positions you to become catalysts of change and pioneers in the field of healthcare.
While you possess an arsenal of technical expertise, it is essential to remember the importance of empathy, compassion, and patient-centered care. Behind every patient's diagnosis lies a story, a unique narrative that calls upon your expertise to heal, soothe, and restore. The art of medicine extends far beyond the confines of a clinic; it permeates through the relationships we build, the trust we earn, and the compassion we offer. In the words of Sir William Osler, a renowned physician, "The good physician treats the disease; the great physician treats the patient who has the disease."
Today, we honor not only your individual accomplishments but also the collective strength we have fostered as a community. You have had the privilege of learning from esteemed faculty members, collaborating with brilliant minds, and sharing experiences with fellow students, both domestic and international. Cherish the relationships you have forged during your time here, for they will be invaluable in your professional endeavors. The exchange of ideas, cultures, and perspectives has enriched your education and has prepared you to embrace the global nature of healthcare.
As you embark on this new chapter, remember that learning is a lifelong journey. The field of medicine is ever-evolving, and it demands continuous growth and adaptation. Be fearless in pursuing knowledge, embrace innovation, and be open to the possibilities that lie ahead. As the great English poet Alexander Pope once said, "A little learning is a dangerous thing." Finally, I would like to express my gratitude to the faculty, staff, and family members who have supported and nurtured our graduates throughout their academic endeavors.
