2026 International Master Program in Acupuncture Graduation Ceremony
中國醫藥大學 114 學年度中西醫結合研究所、針灸研究所、國際針灸碩士學位學程聯合畢業典禮於 2026 年 6 月 6 日下午 2 時 00 分，於卓越大樓 B203 教室隆重舉行。今年共有 10 位分別來自台灣、泰國、巴西及美國等地的碩博士畢業，從世界各地前來的親友齊聚一堂，現場多國語言交織，氣氛熱絡且溫馨，共同見證學子們完成醫學培訓的重要里程碑。
The International Master Program in Acupuncture (IMPA) celebrated a milestone in global medical education today, hosting a grand graduation ceremony with the Graduate Institute of Integrated Medicine (GIIM) and the Graduate Institute of Acupuncture Science (GIAS).
The ceremony, held at the Excellence Building, honored an elite cohort of 10 master's and doctoral graduates coming from Taiwan, Thailand, Brazil, and the United States, marking the culmination of their rigorous medical training. The event drew an international crowd of families and friends, creating a vibrant, multilingual atmosphere.
典禮由中醫大王陸海院士、中醫學院顏宏融院長、中西所張恒鴻所長、針灸所李育臣所長，以及國際針灸碩士學位學程馬培德副主任親臨致詞，各位師長大方分享自身從醫與治學的心路歷程，期勉學子在未來的醫學與研究道路上堅定築夢，同時也邀請到中西所呂郁蕙副教授及廖文伶副教授一同共襄盛舉。
Distinguish university leadership attended to offer words of wisdom and send off the graduates, including Academician Lu-Hai Wang; Dr. Hung-Rong Yen, Dean of the College of Chinese Medicine; Dr. Hen-Hong Chang, Director of GIIM; Dr. Yu-Chen Lee, Director of the GIAS, and Dr. Peter Mayer, Deputy Director of the IMPA.
In their addresses, the faculty shared personal insights from their own clinical and academic careers, encouraging the new cohort to remain steadfast in their commitment to advancing global healthcare and research.

The highlights continued with the traditional tassel-turning ceremony, where advisors personally congratulated the graduates amid enthusiastic applause.
撥穗結束後，各學系代表上台致詞。來自美國的針灸所代表鄭淑文同學感性分享，自己原本在美國擔任護理師，為了精進醫療專業，毅然決然跨海來到台灣追尋中醫夢，她特別在台上向一路上默默守護與無私支持她的先生表達誠摯謝意，動人致詞令不少觀禮親友動容。
Wendy Cheng, an American graduate representing GIAS, shared her emotional journey of leaving her career as a registered nurse in the United States. Driven by a dream to master Chinese medicine, she relocated across the world to Taiwan. Cheng gave a moving tribute to her husband for his selfless and silent support throughout her studies, touching everyone in attendance.
泰國籍國際針灸碩士學位學程代表蔡明慧同學，則帶著不捨的心情回顧與同儕相處的點點滴滴，她更幽默地提到了自己在醫院診間實習的趣事，回憶起當台灣病人熱情地對她說中文和台語時，她只能用生澀的中文緊張地回應「我不會說中文」，這段生動有趣的跨文化實習點滴，瞬間惹得全體師生與家長哄堂大笑，為莊嚴的典禮增添了許多輕鬆與溫暖。
Bringing a lighthearted energy to the afternoon, Yaneeporn Suttipintu, Thai graduate from IMPA, reminisced about her clinical internship. She drew roars of laughter from the crowd as she recalled her panic when enthusiastic Taiwanese patients approached her speaking fluent Mandarin and Taiwanese. Her only defense, she joked, was replying in nervous, broken Mandarin: "I don't speak Chinese."
典禮的尾聲舉行了溫馨的謝師禮，畢業生們逐一向現場的師長與家人深深鞠躬致敬，不僅表達最深切的尊敬與感激，更象徵著醫學精神與使命的薪火相傳。
The event wrapped up with a heartfelt "thank-you bow" from the graduates to their professors and families, symbolizing gratitude for their support and the official passing of the medical torch to the next generation.
